We are here to serve the people of Franklin County
to alleviate problems dealing with our natural resources. Our natural
resources are Soil, Water, Air,
Plants, and Animals(SWAPA).
We try to improve the quality and/or protection of these natural resources
through installation of BMPs(Best Management Practices) and environmental awareness. Our clients consist of landowners,
farmers, county and municipal governments, land consultants, home
owners, students, and educators.
